Transmit item in the USB Port menu again. And then choose 

the  file  for  preparing  the  download.  Generally  its  name  is 

IAB_blocker_V0.1_20080829.bin  file.  but  it  might  be  changed 

according to the type and version of the machine. If transmit properly,
