No. Components Removal method
1 Blocker Main Plate Î Must remove the ‘Inner Cover’ necessarily to separate
the upper Assy.
-Removing ‘Blocking Arm Assy’
1. Disconnect two cable connectors that linked [2]
from ‘Motor board’.
2. Remove four M5 wrench bolts that fix [2].
3. After raise a little upward, extract [2] for equipment
back.
- Remove two M3 wrench bolts that fix [6].
Then, separate it from [1].
- Disconnect the ‘Step Motor cable’, ‘CCD Camera
cable’, ‘PI cable’ that linked ‘Motor Board’
- Remove three M4 wrench bolts that fix [8].
Then Separate [8] from [1].
- First, remove the ‘Spring’ that linked between [3] and
[5] to separate [3].
- Remove one M4 wrench bolt that fix [3] from down.
- Separate [3] form [1].
This time, be careful that never scratch on the acryle
plate.
Also, be careful that should lose two washers and
bearings that is inserted to [3].
- Assembly is the reverse procedure of disassembly.
