Coolant starts to flow out of nozzle.

Cutting head slides down.

Sawblade cuts workpiece.

Cutting head slides up.

Sawblade stops.

Vise releases clamping workpiece.

4. Repeat step (3) and (4).

5. Turn main switch off when finish.

NOTE: Release the trigger switch immediately if any malfunction or abnormal

situation happens.

6-8 Maintenance

1. Chip collecting tray

Remove chip from collecting tray everyday.

2. Gear box of cutting head

a. Change gear oil (SAE 140) every six months.

b. Check temperature of the gearbox during continuous operation.
