Electronics problem

The parameter for the type of

robotic lawnmower is different

in the HMI circuit board and

main circuit board.

The parameter can only be entered

during the initial programming of

the main circuit board. It can not be

changed afterwards. Replace the

main circuit board and ensure that the

correct robotic lawnmower model is

selected.
A used HMI circuit board can be used

only if it has previously been fitted to

the same type of robotic lawn mower.

Therefore, it is not possible, for

instance, to use an HMI circuit board

in a Husqvarna 420 if it has previously

been fitted to a 430.

Charging station

17

Charging station

blocked

An object is obstructing the

robotic lawnmower.

Remove the object.

Charging station antenna plate

bent.

Make sure the charging station is situ-

ated level.

The contact between the char-

ging strips and contact strips

may be poor and the robotic

lawnmower has made a num-

ber of charging attempts.

Dock the robotic lawnmower in the

charging station and check that the

charging strips and contact strips

make good contact.

16

Stuck in charging sta-

tion

There is an object in the way

of the robotic lawnmower,

preventing it from leaving the

charging station.

Remove the object.

The robotic lawnmower slides

on the charging station's an-

tenna plate.

Clean the antenna plate.

37

Charging current too

high

The battery is being charged

with too high a current.

Fault in power supply or wrong type

of power supply alternatively charging

station is being used.

26

Invalid sub-device

combination

Program the mower with the most re-

cent main program. Refer to

4.3.4 Programming on page 49

.

Wrong PIN

Wrong PIN code has been

entered. Five attempts are

permitted, and the keypad is

then blocked for five minutes.

Enter the correct PIN code. Contact

the local dealer if you forget the

PIN code.
