No loop signal
Boundary wire broken.
Check the signal given by the LED on
the charging station. Refer to
6.4 Troubleshooting the loop signal on
page 95
.
Power supply not connected.
Check the wall socket connection and
whether an earth-fault breaker has trip-
ped. Check that the low voltage cable
is connected to the charging station.
Power supply or power supply
cable damaged.
Make sure the power supply or the
power supply cable is not damaged.
Connection failed between the
robotic lawnmower and the
charging station.
Park the robotic lawnmower in the
charging station and generate a new
loop signal using the
New loop signal
function.
The boundary wire is not con-
nected to the charging station
Check that the boundary wire connec-
tor is fitted properly to the charging
station.
The boundary wire is laid in
the wrong direction around an
island.
Check that the boundary wire has
been laid according to the instructions
in Chapter
3.2.1 Laying the boundary
wire on page 36
.
ECO mode is activated and
the robotic lawnmower has
attempted to start outside the
charging station.
Check that the charging station LED
indicates ECO mode. Refer to
6.4 Troubleshooting the loop signal on
page 95
Disturbances from metal ob-
jects (fences, reinforcement
steel) or buried cables close by.
Try moving the boundary wire and/or
creating additional islands in the work-
ing area.
1
Outside working area
The boundary wire connec-
tions to the charging station
are crossed.
Check that the boundary wire is con-
nected correctly. See Connecting the
boundary wire in the Operator's Ma-

The boundary wire is too close
to the edge of the working
area.
Check that the boundary wire has
been laid according to the instructions
in chapter 3 Installation in the Opera-

Check that the boundary wire has
been laid according to the instructions
in Chapter
3.2.1 Laying the boundary
wire on page 36
.
The mower finds it hard to
distinguish the signal from an
installation close by.
Park the robotic lawnmower in the
charging station and generate a new
loop signal using the
New loop signal
function.
Disturbances from magnetic
objects (fences, reinforcement
steel) or buried cables close by.
Try moving the boundary wire and/or
creating additional islands in the work-
ing area.
