Troubleshooting:
Problem
Possible causes and solutions
The machine does not
start.
Check whether the plug is properly connected to the outlet.
Check the cable for mechanical damage. Check the socket of
the cable entry of the machine. Try to connect the machine to
another outlet. Make sure that the machine was started cor-
rectly.
The machine does not
vacuumize the package
completely, air remains in
the package, or it appears
after removing the pack-
age.
Make sure that the package is sealed along its entire length,
there are no creases, and no crumbs or moisture got into the
sealed seam. Check the seals, replace them in case of damage,
and also make sure that the package did not close the air in-
take during vacuumizing. Check the vacuum package for holes
and punctures (to do this, the package can be placed in water
and compressed). Try vacuumizing another package. Water
may have gotten into the vacuum pump. Try to conduct sev-
eral test cycles of vacuumizing without sealing.
The machine does not
vacuumize the canister.
Check that the canister is not overfilled. Check the tightness of
the canister cover and the correctness of the hose connection
as well as the integrity of the hose.
The machine burns the
package during sealing.
The sealing plate may have overheated if a break between cy-
cles was not observed. Wait 10 minutes for it to cool down.
The package may be too thin (the machine is designed to work
with packages with a thickness of 100 microns). Check the
sealing setting ("Dry" / "Moist").
The machine does not
seal packages.
Make sure that the sealing plate is not damaged. In case of
damage, replace the heater and the thread seal tape (Teflon
tape). Make sure that the package is positioned correctly in
the vacuumizing and sealing zone. Check the upper and lower
seals for damage and deformations, as well as whether they
are installed correctly. Try reinstalling them. In case of defor-
mations or damage, replace them.
