• It gives the possibility to choose the degree of vacuum created. The "Normal"
degree is for products that do not lose their shape when vacuumized. The
"Gentle" degree is for soft products, with a lower level of vacuumization.
• It gives the possibility to select the sealing mode. The "Dry" mode is designed
for dry products and has a shorter sealing time. The "Moist" mode is designed
for moist products and has a longer sealing time. For most products, the "Dry"
mode is suitable, while incorrect use of the "Moist" mode can lead to melting
of the sealed seam.
• It switches the machine to the mode of vacuumizing a canister, where air is
pumped out through the hose connected to the hose connection point (18).
• It activates the marinating mode. To use it, it is necessary to connect a can-
ister; air is pumped out through the connection point of the hose (18).
• The manual sealing mode allows the vacuum film to be sealed on one side
when the film comes from a roll. If this mode button is pressed after the vac-
uumizing and sealing mode, this will help to control the pressure inside the
vacuum package and prevent the compression of delicate food products. This
mode becomes unavailable for re-activation within 15 seconds after the end
of the previous sealing cycle.
• The light of the warning lamps indicates the operating status of the selected operating mode
of the machine.
Overheating protection:
• If the machine overheats, all the indicators light up and the sealing plate is turned off. It is
necessary to wait for the machine to cool down (about 20 minutes) before further use.
