6. After completion of work, turn the temperature adjuster counter-clockwise to the stopper
and turn off power supply of the machine for the reason of safety.
7. If it is necessary to drain the oil from the tank, wait until its temperature drops to normal.
Firstly, take off the basket and the back plate, then turn off the power and turn over the control
unit (at this point, the tubular electric heater in the tank will be in the raised position). Or you
can remove the control unit and place it in a dry place to be able to take off the oil tank and
clean it.
8. Regularly clean the device from oil and dirt on the surface of the tubular electric heater.
9. The back plate is designed to protect the tubular electric heater. The back plate should be
placed in the oil tank during cooking.
10. Attention: Each chip fryer with an operating temperature range from 50 °C to 200 °C is
equipped with a safety device in the form of a button to protect against overheating.
