Operation and maintenance
1.
Before use, make sure that the power supply complies with
the specifications for use of the meat mincer and that the
power cable is not damaged and is connected to the mains.
2.
Remove the working part of the meat mincer, rinse the
removed parts with clean water, then reinstall them in the
meat mincer as shown in the figure.
3.
Before using the meat mincer, first turn the switch knob
counterclockwise and tighten the front hold-down nut with
medium torque.
4.
Take the skin off the meat and remove the bones. Cut the
meat into small pieces.
5.
Place the pieces of meat in the pusher tray. Do not use objects
other than the pusher.
6.
After use, remove the working part from the meat mincer and
rinse it immediately with cold water to prevent bacteria from
accumulating.
