The meat mincers are driven by a system of integrated gears. They have a reliable design, run
smoothly and are aesthetically pleasing. The body of the meat mincer is made of painted metal,
the meat-cutting part is made of stainless steel and meets all hygienic standards. They are
suitable for use in hotels, restaurants, kitchens and canteens.
Operating instructions for the three-phase motor
a)
Upon first use, make sure that the blades of the meat grinder rotate in the direction
of the arrow;
b)
Remove the front hold-down nut, grid, blade and auger before switching on the meat
mincer; avoid damaging the parts as a result of improper rotation;
c)
After adjusting the direction of rotation, install the auger, blade, grid and hold-down
nut in the meat mincer in the reverse order; the meat mincer is ready for operation.
