Gas struts

The swivel range of the gas struts must not be adjusted 

during loading! Leave a suffi  cient distance to the gas 

struts to ensure they functi on properly.

Fit / close the tailgate and side wall extensions before 

 

folding the aluminium cover shut.

Swivel down the piston retainer (1).

 

The piston on the gas strut is released.

Pull down the aluminium cover by the pull strap (1). Do 

 

not allow the aluminium cover to fall shut by itself.

 

►

Hold the aluminium cover fi rmly by the handle (2) and 

 

place the pull straps (1) inside the trailer.
