Probing failure (code 15) corrective actions:
1. Latitude and/or longitude entered during installation may be incorrect or in wrong format. Verify and
re-install.
2. Transmit cable from modem to antenna may be bad or disconnected. Verify and correct as necessary.
Modem will keep retrying.
3. Radio may be unable to transmit. Replace it. If any changes are made to the antenna, it may become
mispointed, so repoint it.
Transient – No action is necessary. Modem is in commissioning phase.
