Optical output power level controls
Cobolt lasers have two continuous-wave operating modes:
constant power
and
constant current
. In constant
current mode the laser runs at a set current level. The constant power setting is used to regulate the output
power level. All lasers are delivered in the most appropriate operating mode for optimized stability.

NOTICE
Though the output power setting and drive current can be changed the other laser
performance parameters are only guaranteed at 100% of nominal output power.
