2.2 If the screw is not jammed, check below,
Illustration A is in gear, the one-way diaphragm is properly placed; But the Illustration B is
not in gear, the one-way diaphragm is not properly placed, need correct the position of
one-way diaphragm.

Take out chemicals solution valve filter, if it is jammed, clean and fix back appropriately.
