1.3 Clean swirl pole,
Unscrew swirl pole, make sure the two needles be clean, sharp, symmetrical, if stained,
use copper brush to clean deposited carbon, check below,

1.4 Check whether one-way diaphragm is properly placed?
Illustration A is in gear, the one-way diaphragm is properly placed; But the Illustration B is
not in gear, need fix back appropriately, if the diaphragm is broken, change new
diaphragm.
