6.Optimize cutting quality

Following points can get better cutting quality on cutting vertical, slag and smooth

Notice for use cutting table and torch

Check the vertical of the torch

Clean the rail and transmit device on the cutting table to get smooth torch move. If not

stable will cause cutting roughness

Cutting torch can;t contact with the workpiece, or it will damage the protection cap and

nozzle, cause cutting surface not smooth.

Shield gas set

Check carefully according to the”inspection before start”process
Blow the gas hose before cut

Lengthen the wearing parts life

Don’t strike torch arc without workpiece

Can strike arc on side of the workpice, but don’t strike without workpiece
The piercing height should be 1.5-2 times distance from torch to workpiece should be

Make sure the cutting arc is on the workpiece after cutting finish to avoid arc off

If cutting arc off, try the following:

Lower the cutting speed when cut near finish
Stop cutting when workpiece near finish, the current and gas flow reduce gradually can

finish the cut

Edit the routine for torch run into the waste parts so that can use the current and gas

gradually reduction.
Note: if possible, use the chain cutting method, then the torch can continuous cut along

with the cutting route without stop.but for too long time chain cut will cause

electrode loss
