After adjusting the lenses, ensure that the images on the three HD displays are properly
combined to produce a seamless panorama and that the video on any of the HD displays
joins the video on the adjoining HD displays naturally.

Do not excessively tighten the adjusting screw to prevent the components from getting
distorted. Keep the screw finger-tight.
Adjusting the Center Lens
Step 1
Fine-tune screws 1 and 2 (ensuring that the lens does not sway during the adjustment) to enable
the cross of the craft tool's image to coincide with the cross in the engineering installation
diagram.
Step 2
Adjust the camera's zoom settings until the left and right semicircles of the craft tool's image
coincide with the left and right curves in the engineering installation diagram.
Step 3
Loosen adjusting screws 3 and 4, and lever the plectrum between the two screws using an Allen
wrench, to adjust the top of the table image's left and right sides to coincide with the orange line
in the engineering installation diagram.
Step 4
Adjust screws 1 and 2 to enable the cross of the craft tool's image to coincide with the cross in
the engineering installation diagram, and the top of the table image's left and right sides to
coincide with the orange line in the engineering installation diagram.

Adjusting the Left Lens
Adjust the left lens by referring to section "
." After the adjustment,
ensure that the cross, left and right semicircles, and horizontal orange line of the craft tool's
image respectively coincide with the cross, curves (in the engineering installation diagram), and
top of the table image's left and right sides.
Adjusting the Right Lens
Adjust the right lens by referring to section "

ensure that the cross, left and right semicircles, and horizontal orange line of the craft tool's
image respectively coincide with the cross, semicircle, and top of the table image's left and right
sides.
Remove Engineering Installation Diagram
At the completion of image mosaic, delete Engineering Installation Diagram according to the
following steps, as shown in
Telnet login (default debug user name, password is Change_Me) to the three terminals use the
following command to remove Engineering Installation Diagram
The delete command: BSP exe RM res/bootpic/1080P.dat
Review delete results: the BSP exe ll view deleted res/bootpic
