Troubleshooting

Abnormal SNMP Card Communication

Installation problems

−

Check that the UPS runs properly.

−

Check that the SNMP card is properly installed.

−

Check that the communications cable between the SNMP card and the UPS is
intact.

Web access problems

−

Check that the computer network is normal.

−

Check the browser version and the SNMP card IP address that you have entered in
the address bar.

SNMP card problems

If the fault persists after the preceding checks, replace the SNMP card.
