9.2 Can I update my HUAWEI MediaPad using a microSD
card? If yes, how?
Yes.

Updating the system using a microSD card will clear all the data in your HUAWEI
MediaPad. Back up important data before updating your HUAWEI MediaPad.

If you use unauthorized software to update your HUAWEI MediaPad, it may fail to be
updated or your personal information may be disclosed. Use the online update feature or
use officially released update package to update your HUAWEI MediaPad.
Copy the dload folder in the update package to the root directory of your microSD card. On
the home screen, touch Settings > Updater > > Local update . Your HUAWEI
MediaPad will then detect the update package and start the update.
The update progress and result are shown on the screen.
