Run this command to manually
download the version

or to resume data

transfer.

The command is successfully executed.

Report that the download is in process.

Run this command to manually
download

Pause

^FOTASTATE: 31

The command is successfully executed.

Report that the download is pending. If
the resumable data transfer mode is
disabled, the command will return
"+CME ERROR: Operation not
supported".

Run this command to manually
download the version or to resume data
transfer.

Report that the download is in process.
