Stop bit Stop bits sent at the end
of every character allow
the receiving signal
hardware to detect the
end of a character and to
resynchronize with the
character stream. [How to set]
Select a value from the
drop-down list box.
Parity check bit Mode of checking that
data has been transmitted
accurately on the serial
port. [How to set]
Select a value from the
drop-down list box.
Stream control mode Traffic control mode for
data on the serial port. [How to set]
Retain the default value.
Step 3 Click Save.

6.5.2 Configuring PTZ Parameters
PTZ parameters include decoder type, decoder address, and direction control.
Step 1 Choose Settings > PTZ Configuration > PTZ Parameters.
The page for configuring PTZ parameters is displayed, as shown in Figure 6-22.
