Product Function Configuration 

3.1 Logging In to the Web Management System 

The web management system allows users to set parameters, detect faults, and upgrade 
devices. 

Procedure 

Step 1

 

Set the mode in which IP addresses are obtained to 

Obtain an IP address automatically

. 

Step 2

 

Log in to the EGW1500E using Internet Explorer 6.0 or later. The default URL is 

http://192.168.1.1

. 

 

The default IP address of the EGW1500E, login user name, and password can be obtained from the label 
at the bottom of the EGW1500E. 

Step 3

 

Enter the user name 

admin

 and default password 

Admin@123

, and click 

Log In

. The page is 

shown in 

Figure 3-1

.
