EchoLife ET523 IP Phone User Manual

4 Configuration Guide

Field

Description

SRTP Mode

The default value is

. When enabled, based on the parameter

selection, SRTP is implemented in the either forced or
negotiation mode.

Eventlist BLF
URI

The IP or domain name for the eventlist BLF. The SIP sever is
required to support this feature.

Special Feature

The default value is

Standard

. Select the value to meet special

requirements of Soft Switch vendors.

Note:

RTT = round-trip time

PRACK = Provisional Acknowledgment

Saving the Configuration Changes

After making changes to the configuration, click

Update

in the configuration menu.

The LCD will then display the following screen to confirm changes are saved.

You are recommended to power cycle the IP phone after saving all the changes.

Rebooting the Phone Remotely

Click

Reboot

at the bottom of the configuration menu to reboot the phone remotely.

The LCD will then display the following screen to confirm the reboot is underway. Wait
30 seconds to log in again.
