Device connection and data sharing

8.1 How do I copy files from my phone to a computer?



Use a USB cable to connect your phone to the computer in

Media

device\(MTP)

mode.

You can then transmit files between your phone and computer.

8.2 What can I do if my phone cannot be detected by
other Bluetooth devices?



Your phone may not be set to visible.

After you enable Bluetooth, touch

Bluetooth

to display the Bluetooth settings screen.

Touch your phone's Bluetooth name to set it to visible.



The Bluetooth visibility may have timed out.

Re-enable the Bluetooth visibility or change the timeout period. On the Bluetooth

settings screen, touch

Visibility timeout

to select a period and enable Bluetooth

visibility.
