7.5 What can I do if my phone can't play online music or
videos?
Follow the onscreen instructions to install the Adobe Flash Player plug-in before you play the
online music or video.
If the problem persists, perform the following operations:
On the browser screen, touch

Settings
>
Advanced
>
Enable plug-ins
, and choose
Always on
.

7.6 What can I do if my phone experiences lags when
playing online music or videos?
The Wi-Fi network connection may be unstable.
If you are connected to a Wi-Fi network, check whether you are within the coverage of
the Wi-Fi hotspot device, or contact your Wi-Fi service provider.
The mobile data reception may be poor.
If you are using a mobile data connection, move your phone to a place with good
reception and try again.
Your phone may not have sufficient storage.
Go to the
Settings
screen and touch
Storage
to check the available storage. If you don't
have sufficient storage, touch each item to view its size, and clear unwanted files to free
up some space.
