You’ll receive a separate monthly BT Mobile bill for
your BT ToGo. This bill covers usage and charges for
voice calls and text/MMS messages over the mobile
network, plus data usage over the mobile network
(identified as GPRS data). All broadband charges,
including calls you make using BT Broadband Talk
on your BT ToGo, will appear on your normal BT bill.
To check your usage of mobile call
minutes, texts or mobile data between
bills, please follow the steps below.
1. Log in to
www.bt.com/youraccount
(If you don’t have an online profile, go to
www.bt.com/youraccount
, and select
Sign up – you will need your BT bill to hand).
2. On the Your account welcome page, click on
Add another account (at bottom left of page).
Then on your profile page click on add an account.
3. Enter your BT Mobile account number. This
account number will start with GB, followed by
an eight digit number. You can find it on the front
page of your BT Mobile bill. Please note: for your
security, our call centre staff are not permitted to
tell you your account number over the phone.
4. You will then be asked to enter your
BT ToGo phone number and your date of
birth. You’ll also have to give the account a
name (we suggest BT ToGo or Mobile).
5. You’ll now see your BT ToGo account on
the Your account welcome page.
6. Click on Current Usage
to see a summary
of calls, texts and data (GPRS) you’ve used
since your last bill. Please note that we cannot
guarantee that all usage in the last 24 hours will
appear (see website for details). Click on
Billing
to view or download a pdf of your recent bills.
If you ordered more than one BT ToGo, the
Current Usage and Billing will display total
usage/costs across all of the BT ToGos.
