Privilege.
Note:
Enabling User Access will assign the IPMI messaging privilege to user.
It is recommended that the IPMI messaging option should be enabled for the user to enable the User Access
option, while creating User through IPMI.

Check the
SNMP Access
check box to enable SNMP access for the user.
Note:
Password field is mandatory, if SNMP Status is enabled.

Choose the SNMP Access level option for user from the
SNMP Access level
(SHA or MD5) drop-down list.
Either it can be Read Only or Read Write.

Choose the
SNMP Authentication Protocol
(SHA or MD5) to use for SNMP settings from the drop down
list.
Note:
Password field is mandatory, if Authentication protocol is changed.

Choose the Encryption algorithm to use for SNMP settings from the
SNMP Privacy protocol
(AES or DES)
drop-down list.

In the
Email ID
field, enter the email ID of the user. If the user forgets the password, the new password will
be mailed to the configured email address.
Note:
SMTP Server must be configured to send emails.
Email Format:
Two types of formats are available:

AMI-Format:
The subject of this mail format is ‘Alert from (your Host name)’. The mail content shows
sensor information, ex: Sensor type and Description.
·
Fixed-Subject Format:
This format displays the message according to user's setting. You must set the
subject and message for email alert.

Upload SSH Key
field, click Browse and select the SSH key file.
Note:
SSH key file should be of pub type.
