Enabling PIM-SM
Because BIDIR-PIM is implemented on the basis of PIM-SM, you must enable PIM-SM before
enabling BIDIR-PIM. To deploy a BIDIR-PIM domain, enable PIM-SM on all non-border interfaces of
the domain.
