• use the
keys to search
for GAU CAL
• press the
key to perform
calibration, proceeding as follows:
1. The machine will display the follow-
ing message:
• CAL on the left display
• E flashing on the right display
2. fix the calibration template in line
with the threaded hole on the shaft
assembly bell, using the M8 screw (A,
fig.29) supplied with the ultrasonic
sensor;
3. use the wheel ring nut to bring the
template into contact with the shaft
assembly bell (fig.29);
4. press the
key to confirm the
securing of the template;
5. Once confirmed, the message “CAL
rot” is shown on the display
6. slowly turn the template towards the
operator to automatically enable the
clamping brake (fig.30);
7. When template movement is com-
plete, the message “CAL CLO” will
appear on the display
8. slowly lower the wheel guard (fig.31);
the machine will automatically cali-
brate the sensor.
If the calibration has been performed
successfully, an acoustic consent signal
is emitted.
On the contrary, the display of the
message A20 indicates that:
- the position of the calibration tem-
plate during the calibration phase is
not correct. Position it correctly, checking that the ultrasonic sensor emitter/receiver is
in line with the calibration template (see figure 31), then repeat the procedure.
- the internal sensor was not in the rest position. Position it to the rest position and
repeat the procedure.
