Open the latch, and remove the expansion slot cover.

To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.

Low profile I/O expander

Power off the server (

Press the release button, and open the lever.

3.

Slide the I/O expander out of the server. Place a hand under the component to support it as
you remove it from the server.
