Installation and Configuration 2Ć21

To install an expandable memory card in the HP FAX-950, perform the following procedure:

1. Switch OFF (

) the fax machine as shown in step 1 of Figure 2-29.

2. Lift up gently on the ADF as shown in step 2 of Figure 2-29.

3. Insert the memory card (print side up) as shown in step 3 of Figure 2-29.

4. Close the ADF.

5. Switch ON (

) the fax machine and check that it operates correctly. (The display will indicate the total amount

of memory installed.)
