setup correctly.
NO DEVICES AVAILABLE
If the modem is not in use, remove the
lock file and try again.
A lock file exists in the /usr/spool/uucp
directory.

Check the /dev directory for the port’s
existence, ownership, and permissions.
The dial-out port cannot be opened.
