Replicating Oracle resources using jobs

This topic provides an overview of how to replicate (back up) Oracle resources using jobs. Replication

creates point-in-time copies of the virtual disks that comprise an Oracle database (tablespaces and

archived redo logs).

Resources to replicate

. Job commands replicate the tablespaces in a repository. Determine

the repository that contains the tablespaces to replicate. To replicate an entire database, the

repository must contain all of the tablespaces in it.
