T o Draw Line through Two Specied P oints
1.
Select

LINE primary softkey .
2.
Set
NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
LINE SELECT softkey to 1 or 2 . Selecting this softkey toggles the
setting.
3.
Set
NNNNNNNNNNNNNN
LINE secondary softkey to ON . A line and two cursors are displayed.
Selecting
NNNNNNNNNNNNNN
LINE secondary softkey toggles as follows:
OFF ! ON ! OFF
The line mode should be normal. So (
NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
GRAD MODE ,
NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
TANGENT MODE , or
NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
REGRESS MODE ) softkeys should not be highlighted. If one of these
softkeys is highlighted, turn o by pressing the softkey .
4. Move cursors to desired locations by using arrow keys of the
MARKER/CURSOR key group . T o select the cursor you want to move , use
the
NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
SELECT CURSOR secondary softkey .
If it seems that only one cursor is displayed, the cursors are at the same
location.
When lines are displayed and when ON is set in the LINE P ARAMETER eld
on the DISPLA Y : DISPLA Y SETUP page , their X and Y intercepts and gradients
are also displayed in the plotting area.
T o turn o the line intercept and gradient display.
Select
NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
DISPLAY SETUP primary softkey , then set
NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
LINE PRMTRS secondary
softkey to OFF .
T o turn o the data variable display area.
Use the following procedure:

DISPLAY SETUP primary softkey .
2.
Set
NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
DATA VAR secondary softkey to OFF .
T o move the selected cursor to the selected marker position.
Select
NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
CURSOR TO MARKER secondary softkey .
