Removal and replacement procedures 81

Using a flathead screwdriver, tighten the hose clamp.

Connect the HEX coupling to the heat exchanger unit.

Using the water hose fitting wrench and the counter hold wrench, reconnect the appropriate In or
Out water hose to the heat exchanger unit.

Confirm that the HEX coupling is fully engaged between the heat exchanger bulkhead and the
coupling nut.
