7 Waste disposal
7.1 Disposing of the Recharge XLP and Heat Socks XLP ONE
These products must not be disposed of in normal domestic waste at the end of their service li-
ves. Instead, they must be handed over to a collection point for the recycling of electrical and
electronic devices. The symbol on the product points this out.
7.2 Disposing of batteries / Battery Packs XLP ONE
Batteries must not be disposed of in normal domestic waste.
Defective or used batteries must be recycled in accordance with the 2006/66/EC directive. The consumer
is obliged to return old batteries to the point of sale or to give them to the local battery return system in
order to make sure they are disposed of properly. Recycle the batteries in a discharged state and with
the contact protective covers attached to each Battery Pack XLP ONE.
