Unfolding
Initial position: The machine is folded in and
connected to the tractor.
1. Lift the machine completely.
Fill all lift-out cylinders and, on machines
with swinging drawbar hitching, also the
piston rod of the drawbar cylinder com-
pletely with aluminium clips.
2. Turn the switch-over ball valve
field/road
on
the drawbar to

WARNING
Danger of serious injuries from lowering ma-
chine.

Instruct persons to leave the danger zone.
¾
Never stand under the machine.
¾
Turn the switch-over ball valve only over when
all lift-out cylinders and the drawbar cylinders
are filled with aluminium clips.
3. Check whether the machine has been
completely lifted.

Machines with slewing undercarriage:
Swivel the transport undercarriage com-
pletely upward and insert the large silver-
coloured clips (350 mm):
CAUTION
Danger of machine damage caused by colli-
sions.

Always turn the slewing undercarriage com-
pletely down before unfolding the machine.
¾
Carry out the unfolding process with caution
and stop all machine movements in the event
of imminent collisions.
5. Unfolding the machine.
6. Open the lock valve for TopRing packer
and disc levelling.
Folding in
Initial position: The machine is unfolded and
connected to the tractor.
1. Lift the machine completely.
2. Complete lift the machine once more and
fold it in.
Operate the control unit until the side pack-
ers of the machine are fully retracted.
3.
Machines without slewing undercarriage:
Turn the switch-over ball valve
field/road
to
road
.
4.
Machines with slewing undercarriage:
Remove the aluminium clips from the hy-
draulic cylinders of the undercarriage:
Hydraulic cylinder undercarriage, outside
Hydraulic cylinder, undercarriage centre
