NOTE
When parking, the trap rollers must not rest on
the ground. They would otherwise shortly be out
of order because of resting damages.
¾
You should either support the frame high
enough, or disassemble the trap rollers and
insert them into the bracket from above, see
chapter “Trap roller”.
Storage (end of the season)
NOTE
Single grain metering units are precision com-
ponents. Outdoors they may get damaged by
weather influences, etc.!
¾
Park the machine
inside a hall
if it is to be put
in storage after the end of the season.
Folding
WARNING
Dropping or lowering machine parts can cause
severe crushing injuries etc.!
¾
No persons may stay under raised machine
parts!
¾
Order persons to leave the danger zone
around the machine. Make sure before fold-
ing that no persons are present in the danger
zone.
¾
Always keep an eye on the machine during the
folding process.
¾
Comply with the accident prevention instruc-
tions.
WARNING
With negative drawbar load the machine may
tilt back and cause severe injury to persons.
¾
When folding, the machine must be fully
coupled to the tractor, see chapter
Connecting
.
Secure the coupling properly.
CAUTION
Damages to the machine and the supporting
surface
¾
The machine must be in horizontal position
when folding.
The machine comes with its own menu for the
folding process in the E-Manager control.
The menu guides you automatically through the
folding process.
The display shows the symbols with a grey
shade. Only active symbols appear in their full
colour.
Once the conditions for the next work step are
fulfilled, the display of symbols will change from
shaded to full colour and the next step can be
executed.
