Prepare the standard solutions.
Prepare the two types of standard solution to create K

For example, if the sample solution concentration is 250 mg/L, prepare
standard solutions of 100 mg/L and 1000 mg/L. This case is used as an
example in the following steps.

Prepare the first solution for calibration.
(1) Put 50 mL of 100 mg/L standard solution into a 100 mL beaker.
(2) Add 1 mL of ISA.
(3) Stir the solution slowly with a magnetic stirrer.
Set the valence as shown in the
table on the right.
