MINOR REPAIRS
Holes with a diameter of less than 12 mm can be repaired with a patch.
1. Cut a round patch [1] of at least 76 mm in diameter from the repair fabric supplied in the repair kit.
2. The surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry and free of eleasy substances.
3. Apply three very thin layers of glue [2] on each surface, waiting 5 minutes between the application of each layer.
4. Wait 10 to 15 minutes before bonding the patch [3].
5. Press the patch carefully using a small roller to remove the air bubbles.
NOTE:
Make sure that the glue does not run onto the area around the surface to be bonded. Ideally, the surrounding area should
be protected with adhesive tape.
6. Wait 24 hours before inflating the boat [4].
MAJOR REPAIRS
In case of damage to the transom, cuts or rips in excess of 12 mm, faulty seams or leaks between partitions, contact your ap-
proved Honda dealer.
