LOADING
All loads onboard must be uniformly distributed [1] to ensure the proper trim once the boat
is in the water.
NAVIGATION ZONE
Wherever possible, wrecks, reefs, rocky coasts, sand banks and shallow water are to be
avoided or approached with precaution.
ROWING
NOTE:
The oars, oarlocks and seat are standard equipment on Honwave inflatable boats.
1. Make sure that the seat is correctly mounted.
2. If not already done, install the oars in the hole pins and screw down or in the oar ties (if power boating).
CAUTION:
• DO NOT use the oars as levers. Doing so may cause them to break.
POWER BOATING
1. It is recommended that passengers elasp the boat’s hand holds to avoid falling
overboard.
2. Read your engine’s manual carefully before installing and starting it.
3. Make sure that the loads onboard do not rub against or pierce your tender’s cas-
ing.
NOTE:
Adjusting the tilt of the engine in relation to the transom will influence the
boat’s trim. Refer to your engine’s user’s manual for more details.
