8-2. Measures to Be Taken in Emergencies

In case of an accident

Stay calm and follow the methods below:

To prevent subsequent accidents.

Move the vehicle to a safe area avoiding affecting the
traffic, and turn off the engine.

Adopt emergency treatment measures if someone is

injured.
First aid should be administered before emergency
response arrives. For head injuries, do not move as
much as possible; in consideration of prevention of
subsequent accidents, it may be necessary to move the
wounded to a safe area before help arrives.

Call the police.

Communicate with the responsible party and request

his/her information (ID, insurance card, phone
number).

Contact the FAW authorized Hongqi dealer and your

insurance company.
