Check to see if your user account is valid.

Site is not listed Information is missing in the database or you are using the
wrong database to log on. Quit View and log on again,
making sure that the correct database is in use. If it is, ask
your System Administrator to check the Rapid Eye Hybrid
LT database.

No video
Check the camera connections.
For IP cameras, check that the IP address assigned to the
camera matches the IP address set for the camera with the
View application Maintenance session.

Older clients (COM API, Remote View, RE Adaptor) cannot
steam IP channel video (No Video message is displayed).
The solution is to upgrade the client API software to the
latest V10.1 version.

For Rapid Eye Hybrid LT 8-channel V10.0 or earlier DVRs
with more than four IP cameras connected to the unit,
make sure that Local Monitoring is disabled (on the System
tab of a Remote View Maintenance session). Alternatively,
you can upgrade to V10.1 to be able to connect with 8 IP
cameras.

Video from IP cameras will not be visible on a public
display monitor connected to Monitor Output 1 (as a spot
monitor). Only analog camera video will display on a public
display monitor. Use LocalView or the Remote View
application to display IP camera video feeds.

If no video is showing from an Axis ONVIF P3344 camera,
it may be a problem with the resolution value selected for
the camera. If an Axis ONVIF P3344 camera has resolution
set to 200 x 135, no video will render in the Remote View
application. This is an issue with the 200 x 135 resolution
setting. Choose another resolution to view the video.

Check if there has been a power outage. Has the UPS
failed?
Check that the DVR, cameras, and other hardware are
powered.
