Coolant Temperature Gauge
The coolant temperature gauge (1) shows
coolant temperature.
When the segment C (2) goes on, the
engine is warm enough for the motorcycle
to be ridden. The normal operating
temperature range is within the section
between the segment C (2) and segment
H (3).

Overheating Message
When the coolant is over specif ied
temperature, the segment H (3) flashes.
If this occurs, stop the engine and check
the reserve tank coolant level. Read
pages 33-34 and to not ride the
motorcycle until the problem has been
corrected.
Exceeding maximum running temperature
may cause serious engine damage.
