Inspecting and Replacing Fuses
Turn off the electrical system to remove and
inspect fuses. If a fuse is blown, replace with a
fuse of the same rating. For fuse ratings, see
“Specifications.”
NOTICE
Replacing a fuse with one that has a higher
rating greatly increases the chance of damage to
the electrical system.
If a fuse fails repeatedly, you likely have an
electrical fault. Have your vehicle inspected by
your dealer.
Engine Oil
Engine oil consumption varies and oil quality
deteriorates according to riding conditions and
time elapsed.
Check the engine oil level regularly, and add the
recommended engine oil if necessary. Dirty oil or
old oil should be changed as soon as possible.
