SUSPENSION
The “Shock Absorber” (1) has 3 adjustment
positions for different load or riding
conditions.
Position 2 to 3 increases spring preload for
a stiffer rear suspension, and can be used
when the vehicle is heavily loaded.
NOTICE
NOTICE
For rear shock absorber adjustment visit
to your nearest Honda dealer.
ABS (Anti-lock Brake System) indicator
It comes ON when the ignition switch is
turned to the ON position and goes OFF when
your speed reaches approximately 10 km/h.
If the indicator behave in one of the following
ways, you may have a serious problem with
the ABS. Reduce your speed and visit your
Honda dealer as soon as possible.
● Indicator comes ON or starts flashing
while riding.
● Indicator does not come ON when the
ignition switch is in the ON position.
● Indicator does not go OFF at speeds
above 10 km/h.
● If Battary is not connected properly, ABS
wouldn’t be actuated and speedometer
display will turn OFF.
If the ABS indicator stays on, your
vehicle brakes will continue to work as
a conventional system, but without the
anti-locking function.
