In this vehicle, small or larger
children may also be restrained in
the front centre seat.
When a small child is restrained in
the front centre seat, position the
seat to its rearmost. However we
recommend putting children at the
back to avoid possible distraction to
the driver.
If it is necessary to put a front facing
child restraint system in the front,
move the vehicle seat as far to the
rear as possible, and be sure the
child restraint system is firmly
secured to the vehicle and the child
is properly strapped in the restraint
system.

Placing a front facing child

outer seat can result in
serious injury or death if the
front airbag inflates.
If you must place a front
facing child restraint system
in front outer seat, move the
vehicle seat to its rearmost,
and properly restrain the
child.
