13.4 Leveling tailstock to headstock
Tighten properly between spindle and tailstock up a 305mm long solid piece of pipe.
Cock now in the tool holder has a digital Display one.
Run with manual feed (handwheel) the top slides along the workpiece. When measuring
differences of tailstock is adjusted using the adjustment screw on headstock with tailstock (see
figure) until no more measuring differences exist.
13.4.1 Tailstock
Thread the tailstock in the machine bed and screw the
end position stop screw into the casting bed an
unintentional push out of the tailstock to prevent.
