14 MAINTENANCE AND CARE
A T T E N T I O N
During cleaning and maintenance with connected machine:
Property damage and serious injury from inadvertent switching on the
machine!
Therefore:
Switch the machine off and disconnect it from the power supply before any maintenance
work or cleaning is carried out
The machine does not require extensive maintenance.
Faults or defects that may affect the safety of the machine must be rectified immediately.
 The full and regular cleaning of the machine ensures a long life and is a safety requirement.
Use only mild cleaning-supply medium, that means: no gasoline, kerosene, soda etc ...
 Check regularly that the warning and safety of the machine present and properly legible
condition.
 When storing the machine must not be stored in a humid place and needs to be protected from
the influence of weather conditions.
 Check at least weekly all screws are tight.


 Repair work may be carried out by qualified personnel
14.1 Changing drills / mills
W A R N I N G
When working with the drills always wear protective gloves!
Injuries to the hands from sharp cutting edges!
The drill is fixed in the drill adaptor with a screw (A).
By loosen the worm screw with a 2.5 Allen key you can
remove the drill (B).
Put the new drill in the drill adaptor and tighten the screw.
The principle of changing the milling cutter (C) is exactly
the same.
