Lift drilling gear + motor (A) out of the
guidance bars.
6.
Remove the screws (A) between the motor
flange and the drilling gear. Fix the motor
on the other drilling gear.
7.
Put the motor and the drilling gear back in.
8.
Put the metallic washer (A) between the
spring and the drilling gear.
Put the rubber washer (B) between the
drilling gear and the connection piece.
When connecting the piston with the drilling
gear, put a metallic washer (C) on the
upper and lower side of the drilling gear.
9.
Put the machine back together.
Take care to install the pneumatic hoses in the correct way.
After the assembly, if you have the problem that the cylinders do not get air pressure in the
downward movement, there is the possibility that the pneumatic hoses of the valve (H) were
swapped during the assembly.
